Weavebit provides free and paid services for monitoring whether websites and related web resources are accessible from mainland China, including checks related to DNS poisoning, ISP hijacking, and similar network access anomalies. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to monitor any domain, endpoint, or resource submitted to the platform.
You may use Weavebit by creating an account and completing the applicable registration process. Weavebit may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Weavebit is not liable for losses arising from such changes.
Personal information provided through the service is governed by the Weavebit Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Paid services are billed according to Weavebit's then-current pricing. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance or valid payment details. Service interruptions caused by overdue or insufficient payment are your responsibility.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weavebit disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Weavebit does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weavebit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, Weavebit's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 1,000 or the fees paid by you during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weavebit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers from claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of law, or breach of these terms.
Weavebit may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, suspected unlawful activity, prolonged inactivity, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Termination may include deletion of account data where permitted or required by law.
Weavebit may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Integration with Weavebit APIs requires appropriate technical skill. You are responsible for implementation choices, testing, security, and ensuring your use stays within documented functionality.
Weavebit may deprecate or replace API versions. Where commercially reasonable, Weavebit may provide notice and a transition period, but reserves the right to discontinue deprecated versions earlier where required by law, security concerns, or breach of these terms.
Weavebit may apply limits on call volume, frequency, records per request, bandwidth, or related usage. Requests that exceed such limits may be throttled, partially processed, or rejected.
Governing law and jurisdiction depend on the applicable customer relationship, billing location, and relevant legal framework. Each party agrees to the applicable courts and legal rules governing disputes arising from these terms.
